Keep your head warm on the coldest winter rides with this winter cap, whose performance-focused combination of fabrics is ready to battle the chill. When it comes to dressing for the coldest rides, the difference is in the details. That is why Assos re-engineered their winter cap to create a piece that will unquestionably keep your head warm on the chilliest of days. At the core of this piece is a specific weave of synthetic and natural yarns to give it opulent comfort and performance. Known as LanaProppy, the natural yarn within the weave gives this piece protection against the wind, while the synthetic polypropylene fibers grant it a serious sweat-busting performance. For added protection, they’ve strategically double-layered the fabric in key areas for optimal protection without unnecessary bulk. A new cut means that this piece is ready to sit under any helmet. Assos also employed their workhorse winter textile known as RX medium on the ears and rear of this cap, equipping it for any winter ride.

The Entrata Thermal Glove focuses on the essential elements of a winter cycling glove. We made the outer layer both windproof for warmth and stretchy for comfort. Then we added a layer of PrimaLoft insulation and an inner layer of lightly brushed fleece. This construction makes the glove insanely soft inside. On the outside you have a full synthetic leather palm with a silicone grip pattern, touchscreen inserts on the index finger and thumb, and a reflective logo. With an elastic cuff at the wrist, it's easy to slip on and off. - Windproof stretch outer layer over PrimaLoft insulation layer - Full lightly brushed inner layer for next-to-skin comfort - Synthetic suede palm with silicone grip texture - Touchscreen index and thumb - Slip-on wrist construction

NANO FLEX ALL-CONDITION WARMERS Choose Nano Flex for warmers that are great in dry conditions but also give some extra protection and warmth in wet conditions. This is a modern interpretation of the wind shell jacket, the one you keep in your pocket for a long descent or put on for the first hour of the ride until the day warms up. That jacket used to be a simple affair — a nylon shell — but the lack of stretch meant that it had to be cut on the generous side to fit all body shapes, both on and off the bike. We've completely reimagined what the shell jacket should be and how it's constructed. We've added panels on the sides and the sleeves in a very high-stretch yet tightly knit fabric that allows us to give the jacket a modern, close-to-body fit for aero gains on any terrain, and it actually keeps more heat in than a jacket that's flapping about. We've kept it very compact so that it can pack away into minimal space in a jersey pocket. The stretch panels are treated for water repellency, which will help in a light mist, but this is not meant to be a true rain jacket. - Coated ripstop nylon front and back and front of sleeves to keep wind off - Tightly knit stretch panels on sides and sleeves allow for perfect fit - High collar to keep drafts out - Reflective details on chest and lower back for low-light visibility

The first goal of this base layer is to move moisture away from your skin while adding minimal insulation for those cool days when your riding intensity is high enough and your outer layers are warm enough. The areas covered by the bibtight around the waist and up the back can get hot, so we used a lightweight PrimaLoft fabric to help even out the temperature. This baselayer works best when in contact with the skin, so both fabrics are very stretchy and the cut is slim. On extremely cold days we'll use this as a first layer under a Flanders Warm second base layer, or under a thermal jersey. It's very effective at moving sweat away from the body. - Proprietary stretch rib knit 100% polyester main body fabric with Prosecco hydrophilic treatment for maximum wicking - PrimaLoft panels at waist and back where bibtight covers the upper body, to reduce uneven insulation - Crew neck closure to fit under short-collared jerseys

It Just Works Right Castelli has innovation in our DNA, and we've brought you most innovations in cycling shorts over the years: the first Lycra shorts on the market, the first synthetic seat pads, the first anatomical seat pads, the first minimalist and flat bib straps, and the first flat leg grippers. All these have become industry standards, and we keep pushing and innovating in our high-end shorts. The Entrata short is where we bring all that knowledge and experience into a short that just plain works. The fabric is just the right weight with just the right stretch and with a matte finish that looks just right. The KISS Air2 seat pad is just right, as is the GIRO3 leg gripper. And the short fits just right because we obsess over the fit of every short we make. We wanted this short to be just right for many years to come, so we stitch on the logos and stitch in the reflective panels on the back. There are no logos to peel off, and everything is stitched down securely. This short gives you every reason to step up to Castelli. - KISS Air2 seat pad for all-day comfort - Pro Dry matte Lycra for good compression and moisture management - 8-panel construction for perfect fit - Rear reflective panels on lower leg - GIRO3 engineered flat leg band - Mesh bib straps for comfort and breathability - 15°-35°C / 59°-95°F - Weight: 173g

A Better Short Shorts are an obsession at Castelli. They're the most vital piece of clothing and one of the hardest to get right. Even though the Prima is our entry-level short, it shows that we won't compromise anything for comfort and performance. It starts with the women's-specific KISS Air2 seat pad. Just the name gives an idea of the process of constant improvement, which started with a soft KISS pad that was improved by making it more breathable (Air) and then improved again in the latest update to use the softest-ever top fabric (2). It's ready for your next big ride indoors or out. We've updated the fabric to the new Pro Dry Soft, which has a smooth matte finish that feels cool on the skin while being very supportive and quick to dry. We wanted this short to be just right for many years to come, so little details like the reflective patches are stitched in instead of being glued on, and the GIRO3 elastic has the grip woven right into the fabric. This attention to detail — go ahead and call it an obsession — is why Castelli's entry-level short is just a better short. - KISS Air2 seat pad for all-day comfort - Pro Dry Soft matte Lycra is sleek looking and ultra-breathable - Anatomic construction for perfect fit - Rear reflective panels - GIRO3 engineered flat leg band - 15°-35°C / 59°-95°F - Weight: 160g

There are lots of trail tees out there, but most seem to not really be made to ride in. The Castelli trail tee features a lighter-weight 100% polyester fabric for quick drying and excellent moisture management, with a 3d mesh construction that lets air flow through to keep you cool. No more feeling like you're riding in a plastic bag. And the fabric is Bluesign approved, so it's good for the planet. And because all the unlimited shorts have pockets, you can complete the relaxed look and feeling of freedom with this performance trail tee. - Relaxed-fit trail tee - Bluesign 110 g quick-drying polyester allows airflow to keep you cool - V-neck - Shaped longer rear hem for full coverage when in riding position - Sublimation-printed graphic

This jersey is made for those JRA rides. Just riding along. You're not aiming for new Strava records or to win the city-limit sprints, but you do want a jersey that's comfortable and looks great. The jersey has a neutral cut-not racy but also not flapping in the wind. But the high-stretch micro-pique fabric means it fits more shapes than a Castelli race jersey. Adding to the fit and comfort are the four-way-stretch sleeves that seem to disappear, since you don't really feel them at all, right down to the raw-cut sleeve ending that never constricts. This jersey offers full sun protection: the main body is rated at UPF 50 while the sleeves are UPF 30, which means they still block 97% of damaging UV rays. Important Castelli features like the drop-pocket design, easy-sliding full-length YKK Vislon zipper, and reflective details on the back will keep this jersey in the short rotation in your wardrobe. - Micro-pique polyester knit on the body for great moisture management with a soft hand - Velocity rev2 fabric on sleeves with raw-cut sleeve endings - Full-length YKK vislon zipper with neck protector - 3 rear pockets with drop-pocket design for optimal pocket placement - Silicone gripper elastic at waist

The baggy-short look without the feel, thanks to the slimmer fit and stretch woven fabric. It's ready for long-distance endurance rides, but it's also a great-looking casual short off the bike. - Stretch woven fabric with DWR finish - Extremely light so you won't even feel it on - 2 front pockets and 1 zippered rear pocket - Stretch waistband with zippered front opening - Scorpion button logo There are those days when a baggy short just seems like the right look. But you always debate whether you're willing to compromise comfort for that look, and you end up wearing Lycra®. So we set out to make a better baggy. We reached for a stretch woven fabric that gives great stretch but in an unbelievably lightweight yet durable fabric. We gave it a DWR finish so mud and water roll-off. We gave the short two top-opening pockets like jeans so that whatever you put in there won't fall out. We made the cut fairly close to the body so you look good off the bike but the short doesn't balloon out when you're on the bike. It all just kinda disappears. The short doesn't have its own seat pad, so wear this over your favorite Castelli short. The Superleggera is a good choice for warmer weather, or the Unlimited if you want the extra pockets.
