The Premio Bibshort has been engineered to provide the ultimate in long-distance comfort and to be your favorite bibshort ever. That's a big claim, but there's a lot of development in this short to back it up. So let's take a tour of the short. The first thing you might notice is what's missing: the seams and multiple panels. We engineered a new fabric that changes depending on the needs over various parts of the body. The lower leg has a raw-cut leg ending and rubberized yarns to guarantee a flat grip to keep the leg in place. The fabric becomes lighter in the thigh, while the four-way stretch provides just the right amount of muscle support. In the pelvis area, the compression and support increase to keep the seat pad and everything else in place, and the fabric gets thicker to avoid any embarrassing transparency issues. With this magical fabric we don't need to stitch separate panels together, which ensures more comfort and a better fit, as well as a sleek, sophisticated look. The premium fabrics extend into the bib straps. The perforated back keeps you cool and the edge is bonded so you don't feel the thickness of a stitched edge. The elastic straps have just enough modulus (return) to hold your shorts securely in place without cutting in to your shoulders. The seat pad is our top-of-the-line Progetto X2 Air Seamless pad. It's actually two separate components: a soft, stretchy Skin Care Layer next to your skin, which has the sole purpose of preventing any rubbing on your skin, and, under that, the Cushioning Layer, which features two separate densities of foam along with breathable perforated gel inserts under the ischia bones and perineum. We've carried the less-is-more theme into the design, with minimalist laser-etched logos and subtle finishing. It looks as premium as it feels. You can tell that every component, every stitch, every detail has been obsessed over. You'll not find a better bibshort. - The premium all-conditions short - Gradient stretch woven fabric for the right support in the right place - Woven fabric weighs 30% less than comparable knit fabric - Perforated back bib panel with lie flat bib straps that don't bind at shoulders - Integrated gripper elastic at leg ending holds short in place without need for extra silicone grippers - Laser-etched logos with RossoCorsa at center back and black scorpion shadow logos at lower legs - Progetto X2 Air Seamless seat pad

This is a modern interpretation of the wind shell jacket, the one you keep in your pocket for a long descent or put on for the first hour of the ride until the day warms up. That jacket used to be a simple affair — a nylon shell — but the lack of stretch meant that it had to be cut on the generous side to fit all body shapes, both on and off the bike. We've completely reimagined what the shell jacket should be and how it's constructed. We've added panels on the sides and the sleeves in a very high-stretch yet tightly knit fabric that allows us to give the jacket a modern, close-to-body fit for aero gains on any terrain, and it actually keeps more heat in than a jacket that's flapping about. We've kept it very compact so that it can pack away into minimal space in a jersey pocket. The stretch panels are treated for water repellency, which will help in a light mist, but this is not meant to be a true rain jacket. - Coated ripstop nylon front and back and front of sleeves to keep wind off - Tightly knit stretch panels on sides and sleeves allow for perfect fit - High collar to keep drafts out - Reflective details on chest and lower back for low-light visibility

The baggy-short look without the feel, thanks to the slimmer fit and stretch woven fabric. It's ready for long-distance endurance rides, but it's also a great-looking casual short off the bike. - Stretch woven fabric with DWR finish - Extremely light so you won't even feel it on - 2 front pockets and 1 zippered rear pocket - Stretch waistband with zippered front opening - Scorpion button logo There are those days when a baggy short just seems like the right look. But you always debate whether you're willing to compromise comfort for that look, and you end up wearing Lycra®. So we set out to make a better baggy. We reached for a stretch woven fabric that gives great stretch but in an unbelievably lightweight yet durable fabric. We gave it a DWR finish so mud and water roll-off. We gave the short two top-opening pockets like jeans so that whatever you put in there won't fall out. We made the cut fairly close to the body so you look good off the bike but the short doesn't balloon out when you're on the bike. It all just kinda disappears. The short doesn't have its own seat pad, so wear this over your favorite Castelli short. The Superleggera is a good choice for warmer weather, or the Unlimited if you want the extra pockets.

No more feeling like you're riding in a plastic bag. And the fabric is Bluesign approved, so it's good for the planet. The tee is cut for everything from fast trail riding to enduro, since it fits with a back protector and elbow pads. And because all the unlimited shorts have pockets, you can complete the relaxed look and feeling of freedom with this performance trail tee. - Relaxed-fit trail tee - Bluesign 110 g quick-drying polyester allows airflow to keep you cool - V-neck - Shaped longer rear hem for full coverage when in riding position - Sublimation-printed graphic

Innovative evolution The Free Aero RC Bibshort is our top race short, which also means that it's insanely comfortable even if you never pin on a number. It's fair to say that we've been working on this short for the past 15 years. That's how long it's been since the original free aero race bibshort was first introduced, initially as our top-of-the-line race short. Since then it has won three Tours de France, three Gri d'Italia, one Vuelta, and San Remo, but it also became the best-selling product in the history of Castelli because, simply put, this is the short that does everything well. The concept is quite simple: start with the best pad we know how to make, surround it with a supportive short with good muscle compression, and then remove everything else that's not absolutely necessary. You feel free thanks to the reduced number of panels and the reduced number of seams. In fact, the short portion has just 5 panels compared to 10 in the previous generation. You feel free because of further refinements to the Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad. The two densities of foam plus the gel pads provide progressive damping, while the separate skincare layer is soft and stretchy to move with your skin. You feel free thanks to the most minimal bibs you've ever seen in a short, including open-weave straps for maximum airflow. But we reinforced the yoke so the straps stay in place and made the mesh back narrow for coverage that is minimal yet just enough to hold the shorts in place. And the bib elegantly frames a convenient pocket at the center back. You feel free because this is the first high-end short that doesn't need any sort of gripper or elastic at the end of the leg to keep the leg in place. Getting this right meant 28 prototypes and our most extensive test program ever, and it results in the most comfortable leg ending we've ever made. The Forza 2 fabric has 32% lycra with a high modulus for exceptional muscle support and just the right amount of compression. There's reflective piping on the back. And all logos are either stitched or embossed for durability. - High-compression 215g Forza 2 fabric with 32% lycra content provides exceptional muscle support and compression - Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad is soft against the skin but well padded for long-distance comfort - Minimalist bib straps allow maximum airflow, while a reinforced yoke keeps the straps flat over the shoulders - Rear mesh pocket - 5-panel construction for reduced seams and less chafing - Sublimation-printed graphic and logos that will never peel, crack, or fade - Reflective piping on back of legs - Soft waistband with raw-cut edge panels for extra stretch and comfort - Raw-cut leg ending engineered to stay put without silicone grippers

Here's your traditional cotton cycling cap done right. The fabric is piece dyed for a rich depth of color that won't degrade after a few washes. It has a center stripe as tradition dictates, but in a tasteful tone-on-tone coloring. A small scorpion and castelli wordmark on the side show that you know your cycling heritage. - Traditional cycling cap - Piece-dyed cotton twill fabric - Tone-on-tone webbing stripe - Discreet endurance logoing

Happy Hands We all know that hand pain is an easy way to ruin an otherwise excellent day on the bike, and that’s exactly the scenario that these gloves will eliminate. The Roubaix Gel 2 offers our thickest gel padding and hand protection, so if you’ve ever had any hand discomfort, this is the glove for you. It’s super comfortable to wear, has clean lines and looks great; it really checks all the boxes of a great summer glove. - Castelli's most padded women's glove in the collection - Castelli Damping System (CDS) protects median nerve - High-breathability back with perforation at palm - Anatomical neoprene cuff with embossed Velcro closure - 15°-30°C/59°-86°F - Weight: 41g
$169.99 - $170.00
There's no reason to accept a mediocre short just because you want to wear baggies. This liner is made for ultimate comfort under your baggies. First and foremost, this short features the top-of-the-line Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad. The pad has two separate components: a soft, stretchy skin care layer that coddles your skin, and a separate cushioning layer with dual-density foam and gel pads for progressive damping. The best pad is worthless if moves around, so we've constructed the hip area in our compressive force fabric, which holds the pad in place while providing good ventilation. The legs are light and airy with perforated fabric to keep you cool and are held in place by our gauze-like giro air elastic. The beauty of this leg construction is that you can adjust the length to your preference-so they're long enough to keep your baggy short from rubbing against your leg, for example. Likewise, the top of the short is an exercise in minimalism. The front of the thin bib straps is an open knit that lets air flow right through, while the back is also narrow to stay cool. However, we reinforce the yoke so the straps stay in the right place and don't bunch up. On the back, just above the height of the waist of your baggy, there are three pockets so you can wear this short with a t-shirt and still have space to stash your gear. - Progetto X2 air seamless pad for long rides and rough trails - 170 g force fabric through hips to keep pad in place - Perforated leg panels are light for maximum ventilation and cooling - Giro air leg grippers are cool and hold legs in place - Minimalist bib straps as found on free aero RC bibshort - 3 rear pockets sit above waistband of baggy shorts

If you're looking for just one jacket to do it all, start here. We used our lightest GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER three-layer stretch fabric, which makes it great for milder conditions, and the stretch gives it a great fit. It's the same outer fabric as we use for our Alpha RoS 2 Jacket, called The benchmark in how the best winter jackets should perform" by Cyclingnews.com, but the Go Jacket forgoes the Alpha's integrated liner so you can decide how much insulation you need. Add a Flanders Warm base layer and thermal jersey to extend the comfort range to subfreezing temperatures. But the fabric is only the start. We've tailored the fit to be close to body but not too close. It gives a good drape to the jacket, rounded out by details like the no-sew finishing to the hem and the zippered colored front pocket. The hidden internal cuffs are a nice comfort touch, and you'll appreciate how they eliminate drafts from the wrist. There are three pockets on the back, with a large reflective strip stretching across the entire bottom of the pockets for nighttime visibility. Where does this jacket fit in our line? It's similar in warmth to the Perfetto RoS W Long Sleeve, but it has a more tailored and elegant look, with a slightly more relaxed fit, and it's not quite as protective in wet weather. - Full soft-shell construction with GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER 150 keeps cold wind out while offering exceptional breathability - Excellent stretch with neutral fit for extra comfort - Stretch panel at wrist - Zippered front pocket - YKK Vislon zipper with rubberized zipper pull - No-sew waist construction for a clean, technical look - 3 rear pockets - Large reflective strip across pockets for low-light visibility

The name velocissima means "very fast" in Italian, and indeed there's a lot of speed in this jersey, even though it wasn't designed as a race jersey. It brings together three different fabrics for fit as well as comfort. The main jersey fabric is a soft 100% polyester micromesh with Castelli's prosecco wicking treatment to keep you dry. Side panels are in a stretch mesh for ventilation and improved fit. The sleeves are lifted directly from Castelli's pro race jersey, but in this case because the four-way-stretch fabric with raw-cut sleeve endings is as comfortable as it is aerodynamic. The velocissima jersey is not lacking in technical details, but it was also designed to look good. The fabrics are piece-dyed for rich color, and then they get a sublimated overprint for the tone-on-tone graphic over the shoulders. It's finished with construction details like the three pockets that drop below the silicone waistband for easier access, while the easy-sliding ykk zipper makes ventilation adjustment easy. - Prosecco strada donna main body fabric for great moisture management - Velocity rev2 fabric for 4-way-stretch sleeves with raw-cut sleeve endings - Stretch-mesh side panels for better fit and breathability - Dyed fabrics for rich colors with sublimated overprint - Drop-pocket design for better placement of 3 rear pockets

Does gravel need a new dress code? maybe, but with fat tires and big-tubed bikes with bags on them, an aero jersey just doesn't look right. But why should you give up performance and comfort? that's the concept behind this jersey: all the performance of Castelli's best jerseys except the aerodynamics. First, we created a new fabric with leading Italian knitter Borgini. The lightweight fabric has a small horizontal stripe and a gorgeous soft hand. It maintains outstanding moisture management and ample horizontal stretch but has limited vertical stretch so your pockets don't sag. And it blocks 98% of uv rays. The jersey has a neutral fit to it: straighter in the body, extra space across the chest. Less drop from front to back. The design is clean and technical; even the chest stripe is embossed for tone-on-tone detailing. No more feeling self-conscious at your coffee stop. The jersey is full of thoughtful details, like a covered YKK front zipper, a fourth zippered key pocket, and bonded no-sew sleeve endings. - Interlock 115g 100% polyester fabric for excellent moisture management - Medium fit for comfort on the trail or road - Partially covered YKK Vislon zipper - 3 rear pockets with extra zippered security pocket - Embossed stripe across chest

The thrill of competition We made this short to incorporate as much technology as possible from our top-of-the-line pro-level race shorts at a more accessible price. And although it's certainly capable of weekend racing, it's also a great comfort performance short even if you never pin on a number. The main vortex textured fabric and the giro4 leg gripper, while the kiss air2 seat pad has most of the comfort of our top seat pad but represents maximum value. The intangible part that you'll appreciate most is our knack for building in perfect fit, thanks to the Castelli pattern engineering team. This is the short that brings the best of Castelli's know-how in building comfort performance shorts into an accessible product in your cycling wardrobe. - Kiss air2 seat pad for all-day comfort - Affinity pro lycra fabric on inside of leg for outstanding stretch and rebound - Vortex BLC textured fabric on legs for better aerodynamics - Giro4 leg gripper with raw edge for comfort and silicone stripes for grip - Flat-lock stitching - Reflective detailing on back - Mesh straps for comfort and breathability

Don't Limit Yourself We made this short to meet Castelli's high standards for comfort and performance in a cycling short while adding a few extra features that come in handy for riding on any surface. You'll find our normal exceptional fit as well as the KISS Air2 seat pad, which provides generous anatomically placed padding with an exceptionally soft top layer. What makes this short special is the extremely durable Unlimited Lycra fabric. It has higher abrasion resistance and tear resistance while not compromising on stretch, moisture management or comfort. In addition, we use double-layer side panels for the old track rider's trick of fabric-sliding-on-fabric should you fall. This short isn't really meant to be indestructible, but it significantly increases the chances that sliding out on gravel will mean you need to just brush yourself off rather than having to buy a new pair of shorts. That second layer on the side panel also makes for convenient side pockets, with a flap over the top to prevent the contents from falling out. For added convenience while riding on and off road, you have two mesh pockets on the lower back that compress gear next to your body to keep it from bouncing around. This short adds durability and storage without compromising comfort — for unlimited amounts of fun. - Made for fast riding on unlimited terrain - 200 g/m2 nylon/Lycra fabric with best-in-class abrasion and tear resistance - 2 mesh rear pockets built into mesh bib straps - Double-layer side panels reduce abrasion if you fall, while also creating 2 useful side pockets - Raw-cut leg ending with vertical silicone grip strips to hold leg in place - KISS Air2 seat pad for long-distance comfort - 15°-32°C / 59°-90°F - Weight: 200g

If you had to choose one jersey to do it all, this would be the one. The name kind of says it all: Endurance. For your long rides, a jersey needs to be able to do it all, offering comfort, carrying capacity, a wide temperature range with sun protection, and good aerodynamics. This jersey checks all those boxes. The comfort comes from a close-to-body fit with stretchy fabrics so it doesn't feel tight. Four different fabrics keep you dry while covering every temperature range from mild to hot. And extra comfort comes from details like the flap behind the zipper to protect your neck and the stretch sleeves with raw-cut edges that never bind or constrict. The pockets feature Castelli's drop-pocket design, which places the pockets lower on the back for easier access. There's even a fourth zippered pocket for valuables. Your long rides and even your short rides will be faster with less effort because this jersey is also highly aerodynamic, especially through the sleeves and shoulders, which feature the same fabric used on several generations of our pro-level race jerseys. The old saying is jack of all trades, master of none. The Endurance Pro Jersey really is master of all. - Endurance and all-around jersey with mix of aerodynamics, comfort, and convenience - Velocity dimpled fabric on front and shoulders for faster drying - Air mesh sleeves with raw-cut sleeve ending - Multifilament fabric on back blocks 94% of UV rays - Nervato fabric at armholes for improved aerodynamics

This baggy short is made for hard trail duty when you want the look of a baggy but the freedom of lycra. The fabric is extremely light, just 165 grams per square meter, but hard wearing thanks to 64% Cordura yarns. The 10% elastane gives it four-way stretch. Not only does it dry quickly, but the water-repellent fabric treatment means it sheds light rain and stays cleaner. The cut is slightly looser so it moves with you, never restricting. Yet the adjustable webbing belt at the waist lets you lock it in place so it won't slide down. With the ultimate trail short you should never feel too hot, so you can open up the zippered ventilation openings that run the full length of the legs, made to work with the mesh legs of the Castelli unlimited ultimate liner. You've never been this cool in a baggy short. - 165g 4-way-stretch woven Cordura fabric with DWR finish - Double-slider zippered ventilation along full length of legs - Extremely light so you won't even feel it on - 2 front pockets - Adjustable webbing belt for secure fit at waist, with zippered front opening

The first goal of this base layer is to move moisture away from your skin while adding minimal insulation for those cool days when your riding intensity is high enough and your outer layers are warm enough. The areas covered by the bibtight around the waist and up the back can get hot, so we used a lightweight PrimaLoft fabric to help even out the temperature. This baselayer works best when in contact with the skin, so both fabrics are very stretchy and the cut is slim. On extremely cold days we'll use this as a first layer under a Flanders Warm second base layer, or under a thermal jersey. It's very effective at moving sweat away from the body. - Proprietary stretch rib knit 100% polyester main body fabric with Prosecco hydrophilic treatment for maximum wicking - PrimaLoft panels at waist and back where bibtight covers the upper body, to reduce uneven insulation - Crew neck closure to fit under short-collared jerseys
$19.99 - $24.99

This jersey is made for those JRA rides. Just riding along. You're not aiming for new Strava records or to win the city-limit sprints, but you do want a jersey that's comfortable and looks great. The jersey has a neutral cut-not racy but also not flapping in the wind. But the high-stretch micro-pique fabric means it fits more shapes than a Castelli race jersey. Adding to the fit and comfort are the four-way-stretch sleeves that seem to disappear, since you don't really feel them at all, right down to the raw-cut sleeve ending that never constricts. This jersey offers full sun protection: the main body is rated at UPF 50 while the sleeves are UPF 30, which means they still block 97% of damaging UV rays. Important Castelli features like the drop-pocket design, easy-sliding full-length YKK Vislon zipper, and reflective details on the back will keep this jersey in the short rotation in your wardrobe. - Micro-pique polyester knit on the body for great moisture management with a soft hand - Velocity rev2 fabric on sleeves with raw-cut sleeve endings - Full-length YKK vislon zipper with neck protector - 3 rear pockets with drop-pocket design for optimal pocket placement - Silicone gripper elastic at waist

- Thermoflex is warm, soft and stretchy - Raw-cut edge lies flat and doesn't bunch under helmet - Opening at back for ponytail

It Just Works Right Castelli has innovation in our DNA, and we've brought you most innovations in cycling shorts over the years: the first Lycra shorts on the market, the first synthetic seat pads, the first anatomical seat pads, the first minimalist and flat bib straps, and the first flat leg grippers. All these have become industry standards, and we keep pushing and innovating in our high-end shorts. The Entrata short is where we bring all that knowledge and experience into a short that just plain works. The fabric is just the right weight with just the right stretch and with a matte finish that looks just right. The KISS Air2 seat pad is just right, as is the GIRO3 leg gripper. And the short fits just right because we obsess over the fit of every short we make. We wanted this short to be just right for many years to come, so we stitch on the logos and stitch in the reflective panels on the back. There are no logos to peel off, and everything is stitched down securely. This short gives you every reason to step up to Castelli. - KISS Air2 seat pad for all-day comfort - Pro Dry matte Lycra for good compression and moisture management - 8-panel construction for perfect fit - Rear reflective panels on lower leg - GIRO3 engineered flat leg band - Mesh bib straps for comfort and breathability - 15°-35°C / 59°-95°F - Weight: 173g

The Entrata Thermal Glove focuses on the essential elements of a winter cycling glove. We made the outer layer both windproof for warmth and stretchy for comfort. Then we added a layer of PrimaLoft insulation and an inner layer of lightly brushed fleece. This construction makes the glove insanely soft inside. On the outside you have a full synthetic leather palm with a silicone grip pattern, touchscreen inserts on the index finger and thumb, and a reflective logo. With an elastic cuff at the wrist, it's easy to slip on and off. - Windproof stretch outer layer over PrimaLoft insulation layer - Full lightly brushed inner layer for next-to-skin comfort - Synthetic suede palm with silicone grip texture - Touchscreen index and thumb - Slip-on wrist construction

A Better Short Shorts are an obsession at Castelli. They're the most vital piece of clothing and one of the hardest to get right. Even though the Prima is our entry-level short, it shows that we won't compromise anything for comfort and performance. It starts with the women's-specific KISS Air2 seat pad. Just the name gives an idea of the process of constant improvement, which started with a soft KISS pad that was improved by making it more breathable (Air) and then improved again in the latest update to use the softest-ever top fabric (2). It's ready for your next big ride indoors or out. We've updated the fabric to the new Pro Dry Soft, which has a smooth matte finish that feels cool on the skin while being very supportive and quick to dry. We wanted this short to be just right for many years to come, so little details like the reflective patches are stitched in instead of being glued on, and the GIRO3 elastic has the grip woven right into the fabric. This attention to detail — go ahead and call it an obsession — is why Castelli's entry-level short is just a better short. - KISS Air2 seat pad for all-day comfort - Pro Dry Soft matte Lycra is sleek looking and ultra-breathable - Anatomic construction for perfect fit - Rear reflective panels - GIRO3 engineered flat leg band - 15°-35°C / 59°-95°F - Weight: 160g
